Once you are 33 weeks we ask that you participate in either private sessions, pre/postnatal, yin yoga, combo reformer or the mums & bubs classes only. In addition to classes, we also offer private sessions. The total cost is $80 for a 1 hour private session or $40 for a 30 min private session with an instructor and bookings are made by sending us an email with your preferred times.
