At Bodyfit Pilates & Yoga, we offer over 60 classes each week from Monday through Sunday. Our weekly schedule includes regular classes as well as pop-up classes, in which instructors choose what they'd like to teach. Here are some tips to help you book your Pilates and yoga classes so that you can select the times that are the most convenient for your schedule.
How to Book
We offer several options for booking your classes. However, we recommend that you refer to the online booking system for the most up to date timetable. We also offer a mobile app for both iPhone and Android phones so that you can keep up with your class bookings while on the go.
If you have questions while attempting to book a class, do not hesitate to call us for further assistance. We’ll be happy to answer any enquiries that you may have.
Once you've decided on a class, you can click the View details button underneath each class to read a description of the class, as well as, any special instructions.
Then when you are ready to actually book the class, just click on the calendar entry for the class and you will be prompted to log into your Bodyfit Pilates & Yoga account to complete your booking.
Schedule in Advance
When you use our booking timetable, you'll be able to filter the available classes by the time of day, day of the week, type of class and instructor using the drop-down menu found at the top of the time table. If you want to skip ahead to a different month, just click the use the Full Calendar button to change the month and date.
Pop-up classes are available every week in our timetable. These are specialty classes that are designed to challenge your body and mind. By giving you a break from your regular weekly routine, you'll have the option to attend a class on a different time or day than your normally scheduled classes and you’ll also get to experience specialty workouts, such as a Pilates for weight loss class.
As you browse the schedule, please keep in mind that are classes are limited to a certain number of members and they tend to fill up quickly. Therefore, if you want to attend a class at a specific date and time, it is a good idea to book it as far in advance as you can to ensure that your spot is reserved. If you are pregnant, please make sure that you have obtained the doctor’s certificate required by our staff to prove that you are able to attend the class, otherwise you may be denied entry.
Additionally, our pop-up classes are available on a first come first serve basis and are not necessarily going to be repeated in the same manner as a previous class. If you would like to attend a pop-up class but the available date and time is not convenient for you, consider a private session so that you can still enjoy the benefits.
