Is a 45 minute advanced class using large machines called the "Pilates reformer". This class is for an advanced level of fitness particularly if you are looking to increase muscle strength, cardio fitness, core strength. Before attending this class we recommend you do at least 10 "Reformer" classes first to become familiar with the reformer equipment. Not suitable for pregnant or injured.
This class is 45 minutes long and uses a variety of equipment such as fitballs, exo chairs, pilates rings, weights, foam roller, resistant bands and reformer machines. This class is for all level of fitness including the pregnant.
This 1 hour yoga class is perfect if you are looking to focus and work on your technique. This class concentrates on each individual posture at a time rather then flowing from one posture to the other. Suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners that are looking for a challenge. This class is suitable if you are pregnant, please ensure you inform your instructor.
Yin Yoga (h)
A 1 hr class designed to wind down, stretch and strengthen. This class moves much slower and you hold postures for longer – great for those that really want to improve flexibility, release tension, sleep better and decrease muscle pain. For all levels of fitness. This class is not suitable if pregnant.
This is a 45min class. A great class to calm the mind, relax the body whilst you stretch. The class is set up with candles and organic essential oils to help open the chakra's and increase awareness to stay focused and present.
This 30min class is designed for all levels of fitness including beginners. This class is designed to target the core muscles, increase core strength and improve core balance. During the class you will use a Bosu. The class will certainly challenge your core muscles and core stabilisers! This class is not suitable if you are pregnant.
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. This class is suitable if you have a regular/intermediate level yoga practise. This class is not suitable if you are pregnant.
flow + yin yoga (h)
This class is sure to energise your mind and body. The first 30min is intended to move through each pose to elevate your heart rate and heat the body. In the last 30min you will unwind with a yin yoga session. This class is not suitable if you are pregnant. The class is in a heated room
slow flow yoga (h)
This 1 hr class will take you through a series of postures that flows from one asana (posture) to another. You will be guided through an inhale and exhale pattern for each asana. a perfect class if you are looking to gain flexibility, strength and tone the body. Suitable for all levels of fitness. The class is in a heated room and is not suitable if you are pregnant.
radiant pilates (h)
This 45min pilates class promises to tone and sculpt your body. You will improve your core strength and fitness levels. Designed for any fitness level and is in a heated room intended to make you sweat. Not suitable if you are pregnant or injured.
We use various small Pilates equipment/props such as Pilates rings, fit-balls, weights, foam rollers, resistant bands, Bosu's etc. You will strengthen your core, improve flexibility, develop better balance and increase fitness and strength. Suitable for those wanting to challenge their muscles and balance. Not suitable if you are pregnant or injured.
This class is perfect if you are a beginner to pilates reformer or would like to focus and work on your technique. It is a slower paced class and is suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners and pre/postnatal.
We do offer private sessions for those who have injuries and are wanting to rehabilitate, advance or perfect their Pilates or yoga repertoire. These classes can be either on your own or you can bring one other person and split the fees. The total cost is $44 for 30min or $88 for 60min. A 24hr cancelation notice period is required to avoid forfeiting the class fee. Email us if you would like a booking.
